"Two days ago I purchased a used Charter Arms Undercover 38 Special manufactured in 1982. I was having a problem using the thumb cylinder release and it simply would not release the cylinder. I called your office phone #866-769-4867 and talked to a very nice lady (I apologize I forgot her name) and told her of my problem. She then asked me to stay on the line and she might be able to correct the problem for me without sending the gun back to you for repairs. She then transferred me to Nick who walked me through, and corrected the problem over the phone. "Nick B" was extremely nice and it is apparent that he knows his trade. Mr. Ecker, I was in business for 44 years and I realize the important role that customer service plays and I must say you should be extremely happy on how your employees treat their customers. I want to thank each of you for your professionalism and kindness in helping me resolve my problem. There is no doubt that I will tell others about your great service and the next gun I purchase will be a Charter Arms weapon.
